When you buy purple sprout broccoli, it looks so precious. Long, with tiny little purple flowers, you have no choice than add them to your shopping tote.
Ingredients for 4 as a side dish
- 200g of purple broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp of lime juice
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tspp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of cashew milk (can be substituted with water)
- 1 tbsp of crunchy or smooth peanut butter ( as per your preference)
Step 1
In a steamer, steam the broccoli for 5 minutes, until the stems are soft.
Step 2
For the sauce, mix the lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, cashew milk and peanut butter.
Step 3
Immediately serve the broccoli sprouts and drizzle the sauce on top.
