I think this must be the easier recipe ever… I discovered this mix when I was travelling in various regions of Morocco. Cinnamon gives a delicious touch to the oranges while keeping their freshness.
- 2 oranges
- 1 tps of grated cinnamon
- fresh mint leaves
Cut off the top and bottom and the bottom of the oranges, just enough to expose the flesh of the fruit.
Begin slicing off the peel, cutting from top to the bottom, following the curve of the fruit. Remove all of the pith without sacrificing too much of the edible flesh of the fruit.
Once peeled, slice the oranges into thin slices and arrange in a plate.
Sprinkle the cinnamon and add the mint leaves.
