Because sometimes you need to make life a little sweeter and who doesn’t love the combination of figs and honey? These delicious figs pair well on yogurt for breakfast or with mascarpone for a fancy desert.
- 4 ripe figs, cut in halves
- 1 tbsp of honey
Heat honey on a skillet until very hot.
Place the figs cut side down, and cook for 5 min until well caramelized.
Serve on yogurt or mascarpone as a desert.
