As april is a mixture of warm and cold days, here is a cozy recipe for cold rainy days.
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery sticks, chopped
- 3 parsnips, choppped
- 500g of kale
- a bunch of fresh coriander
- 1.5l of water
Wash, peel and chop carrots, celery sticks and parsnips.
Bring to boil 1.5l of water with carrotes, celery sticks and parsnips as well as the kale and the coriander leaves.
Once the water boils, let is simmer for 15 -20 min.
Blend until smooth and season with lemon or lime juice or some tamari.
