This is definetly not the typical italian recipe, I found in a betty bossi recipe book and it’s so so simple, I thought I would share it with you.
- 200g of flour
- 80g of butter
- 1 tbsp of chopped dried rosemary
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of sea salt
- 1 dl of water
Mix the flour, salt and dried rosemary.
Add in the butter in the flour mixture and work in the butter with your hands until large clumps form.
Blend in the water until a soft dough is created. Form a ball, cover in plastic and let it cool in the fridge for 30 min.
Cut the dough in 8 equal pieces and roll them out in very thin layers. Sprinkle with sea salt and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 min.
