- 200g of padròn peppers
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Sea salt
Wash your padron peppers and pat them dry. Transfer to a roasting tin and cover them with olive oil.
Roast in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 min until slightly brown.
Sprinkle sea salt over them just before serving.
