The asparagus season is on and there are so many ways to prepare these little beauties. Here is one of the simplest and fuss-free ways to prepare thin asparagus.
- 200 g of thin asparagus
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of freshly grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
Wash your aparagus and cut off the bottom end as it can be tough and stringy.
Cover with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Put to roast in a preheated oven at 180°C for 18 minutes.
When cooked (slightly browned), place your asparagus on a platter and grate parmesan on top just before serving.
